Our Appointment Deposit and Cancellation Policy
At Cygnet House Dental Studio, we value your time and commitment to your oral health, and we do everything we can to make booking and attending your appointments easy and stress-free.
When you book an appointment, we kindly ask for a deposit to secure your time with us. This deposit will be deducted from your treatment cost at your next visit.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment, please just let us know at least 48 working hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to refund your deposit or transfer it to a new booking.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 working hours’ notice, we may need to retain your deposit. This is simply because it can be difficult to offer that time to another patient at short notice. Our team and facilities will still be reserved for you, and late changes can make it harder for other patients to access appointments they need.
